The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and provides the perfect setting for convivial moments. The house is fully air-conditioned—a true luxury during hot summer days in the South. The three bedrooms have been arranged to ensure everyone's comfort and privacy; each features its own private bathroom. The Outdoor Areas The heart of La Magnanerie is undoubtedly its magnificent 15-meter stone swimming pool (saltwater-treated), a true invitation to relax. Surrounding the pool, various areas allow you to make the most of every moment of the day: sunbathing spots, shaded terraces, outdoor dining, or sunset drinks. The wooded park offers peace, privacy, and a gentle, relaxed lifestyle. A large private car park is available for your use within the property grounds. An ideal location La Magnanerie enjoys a prime location for exploring the treasures of the Gard and Hérault regions. Just 10 minutes from Sommières—one of the region's most beautiful medieval villages—and 30 minutes from the beaches, Montpellier, and Nîmes, you can easily venture out to discover the Camargue, the Cévennes, charming villages, vineyards, and Provençal markets. In the village of Aubais, you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a mini-supermarket, and several restaurants. You can also enjoy the "Jeudis d'Aubais" (Aubais Thursdays) in the village park—events renowned for their summer evenings combining wine, fine food, and music. During your stay I will welcome you personally to show you around the house and remain available throughout your stay.
