We are across the street from a large park with many amenities, including a basketball court, playground, and picnic tables. About a mile walk to groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Walk out the door and hop on a shared-use bike path leading you up to the famous river ‘loop’ that connects hundreds of miles of paved bike trails around the city. Please also note, this is a very small studio unit. 10 mins to the U of A 14 mins to Downtown Guest access This is a studio with its own entrance and yard. You’ll have unshared access to all of it. Other things to note This is a very small cozy studio.
