This beautiful and authentic retro apartment is less than 10 min from Lake Perris and features 1 Queen bed, a full 50s kitchen, & bathroom--including a 40" TV, DVD player, Roku, shared 600-Mbs ethernet node, fast WIFI, jukebox radio w/ bluetooth, coffee maker, plush rug, vases, and custom sconce shades from Europe. The bathroom has wooden-like porcelain tiles, yielding a spa-like feel. Ideal during peak season for DesertDaze/GlenHelen/NOS festivals or motorbike Raceways. Dishware not included. The space We are a small vintage 50's complex off the beaten track on the Historic 395 Route with both nightly motel rooms and extended-stay leasable individual apartments. We kept the outside looking retro for historical charm. Inside the units have been renovated. Furnishings are brand new. Some of the other units feature a separate and windowed kitchen equipped with a full stove and eating area. Most of these are occupied. Historically, we have had occupants (maids, handymen, some guests) live here permanently for decades. Each stopped by on a spur, and then stayed then on. The internet is fast; we provided a complimentary Roku device for free movies and tv; but bring your own Roku, AppleTV, or Firestick device if you have special subscriptions. Why hop from AirBnB to AirBnB renting rooms in houses staying with landlords? It is hard to find your own place with kitchen at this price and with a flexible lease. Guest access If seasonable, you can access our fruit-tree garden and pick some fruit. Other things to note Must provide government ID or passport upon check-in. The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Please be upfront on the number of guests; we will try to accommodate you if possible. For stays less than 29 days, we do require a $500 security deposit on a major credit card. Stays longer than 29 days requires a credit check and full deposit.
