Year round, this condo is the ideal home base for your mountain town adventures. It's a short 5 min. walk to the mountain base area of Crested Butte Ski Resort, and a great launching point for other activities like hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, paddle boarding, etc. Grab the free shuttle just outside the door, and take it into town to stroll historic Elk Ave., shop and enjoy Crested Butte's great restaurants. Back at the condo, unwind w/ the pool, hot tub, sauna and fireplace. The space This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit is on the second level with a private balcony and spectacular views of Mt. Crested Butte. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with their own private bathroom. Full kitchen, dining and living areas - including a wood burning fireplace with complimentary firewood, an Apple TV and cards/games. WiFi, Netflix and cable television are provided. You are permitted to park 2 vehicles on site during your stay. Family Friendly Amenities: Skip the expensive Baby Quip delivery fees. A Pack n' Play, High Chair and Diaper Bin are available upon request. Guest access You have access to a common area with an outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas and grills. Pool towels are provided in unit. *NOTE BEFORE YOU BOOK* - The common pool/hot tub/sauna/grill area is open in the winter and summer, but closed during the off-seasons. The off-season closure dates vary slightly every year, but are approximately April 2-May 25 (last day of ski season to Memorial Day weekend) and October 1-November 23 (Thanksgiving). Please reach out if you have questions about amenity availability during the dates you'd like to book. Coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor of the building as the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided, but please remember to bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. Other things to note No smoking No pets No elevator in building.
