Private entrance below main house. Plenty of restaurants around. For traveling nurses, 3 mins drive to Highland hospital and 12 mins drive to Kaiser Oakland. Kitchen, washer and dryer free. On street parking only!!!!! You have access to first floor of 5 bed 3 bath single family home. The space —-Not suitable for light sleepers, please do not leave a less than 5 star review complaining about location or noise. —-Be kind as we are a family operation. We keep a normal quiet environment for guests but we live on the top floor so you will hear us —-Please research Oakland. This is an urban area in which you will find different levels of street activities based on which area you walk. The city has great weather and overall vibe that makes it attractive to the good, the bad, and the ugly. Our street and location is relatively calm but a few blocks down is a different story. This is Oakland. —-1 bedroom 1 full bathroom. 1 queen size bed, with dinning/living room space/kitchen. —-Converted first floor of single family home. We have two kids. You will hear us above but we are generally respectful of guests. Our goal is to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Guest access No shared space. First floor is your space, no other guest.
