Guest suite in Montecito

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants. The space The suite is secluded in the back of the house with a separate outside entrance that is accesed via a lovely patio that is for your exclusive use. This patio the perfect setting for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, reading a good book, or an afternoon appertif. It is complete with table, chairs, propane fire table and surrounded by lush landscaping with a European fountain. You enter the suite through French doors using a keyless touchscreen lock equipped with your indiviudalized 4-digit code. Inside the suite, abundant windows create a bright and airy atmosphere. The room features a Four Seasons Cal King bed, plush robes, a 32 inch Vizio smart TV, voice-activated sound system, microwave, Keurig dual coffee maker for drip or pod, tea kettle, a small refrigerator with compact freezer and an air purifier/heater. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with Armenian tile accents complete with shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, lighted make-up mirror, and hair dryer. Guest access Parking is street parking in front of house. Walk up the driveway and follow the tiled pathway to the right of the garage. It will lead you to the back of the house where the suite is located. Keyless entry using a personalized digital code is used to access your suite.
