The Grove Guest House + Boat Parking Space

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjoining native bushland with views out to Double Cone Islands. An ideal place to base yourself if you want to have a quiet holiday but still want to be closed to everything that Airlie Beach and The Whitsundays have to offer. 5 minute drive to Coral Sea Marina, 7 minutes to Airlie Beach main street and 3 minute drive to Centro Shopping Centre. The space The Grove Guest House is a 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level of our house. It is fully self-contained with a private entrance, a full size kitchen and a large open plan living/dining area that lets you spread out in comfort. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and built-in wardrobes. There is 1 bathroom that has a shower (no bath) and a washing machine. There is plenty of space on the driveway and the lawn of our property to park your boat or camper trailer. The property is now fully fenced (but please check with us about its suitability for any dogs you are travelling with) and you have your own private outdoor area. Guest access Guests have excludes access to the lower driveway and the apartment. You are also welcome to play on the lawn between the house and the bushland. We do ask guests to respect the owners privacy and not access the other areas of the property. Other things to note Smoking / Vaping is allowed outside only.
