Chestnut Lodge Annex

It's peaceful, apart for some traffic noise during the day, and central to all amenities and a railway station which is a 5 minute walk. A bus stop is across the road and a local taxi company for longer trips. There is also 3 pubs, 5 clubs, 1 Chinese restaurant and 5 takeaways, 1 Indian restaurant and 2 takeaways, a fish and chip shop, Domino’s Pizza and shopping precinct within 10 minutes walk. The space The annex is a converted double garage with a single bedroom, lounge and kitchen, next door to the main detached bungalow. These two properties stand on a small private estate of three dwellings, ours, and two others belonging to members of the same family, all accessed via a private secluded drive. The rooms in the annex could be described as cosy, with a large kitchen. Guest access The whole of the annex is for your exclusive use, as is the 100' garden, and we have a large car park at the front of the building which can accommodate many vehicles. You may come and go as you please and we are quite secluded, located at the end of a private drive.
