San Martino-Semnago House

High above Lake Como, you can enjoy fantastic views in San Martino-Semnago. Located in a quiet mountain village, the small Casetta is a wonderful place to spend some quiet or active days in nature. The space The casetta is simply equipped on a floor area of about 4 by 4 meters. The three floors are connected by a small spiral staircase. On the ground floor, next to the entrance, there is a small bathroom with shower. Above is the kitchen with dining area, under the roof the bedroom with double bed. The Casetta does not have central heating. There is only an electric fan heater and a small gas stove. Guest access Access is via a keybox, so check-in times can be flexible. Other things to note Please note: The Casetta is only a short walk of about 3 minutes from the village square (public parking at the church).
