Everything is within walking distance: bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, bars, and the weekly market on Wednesday. The fishing port and a stunning sandy beach are just 300 meters away. Perfect location for seaside holidays Located along the GR34 coastal path and close to the iconic Pointe de La Torche, this is a fantastic base for hiking, biking, surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing — all in one of Brittany’s most scenic regions. Simple and comfortable family living Built in the 1970s, this traditional Breton house offers simple but complete comfort — perfect for family gatherings or holidays with friends. Outdoors Private front courtyard with space for up to 3 cars — a real bonus in high season when public parking can be limited. Enclosed south-facing garden, sheltered from wind and prying eyes, with a large outdoor table for 12 and a barbecue. Discreet laundry drying area at the back of the house. Ground floor Vintage kitchen with original formica furniture, equipped with a gas stove and oven (bottle gas), microwave, fridge, freezer (in utility room), coffee maker, kettle, crockery for 10, cleaning supplies, and kitchen linens. Seating for 4 plus a small dining area in the attached sunroom. Bright living/dining area with a table for 8, sofa, armchairs, pouf, TV, and board games. Ground floor bedroom with double bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. Separate WC with hand basin. Utility room with 8kg washing machine and chest freezer. Upstairs 4 bedrooms: • 3 with double beds and storage • 1 dorm-style room with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) Family bathroom with bathtub (used as a shower), sink, and WC. Continuous hot water provided by pellet boiler. Note: The house has only one bathroom for 12 guests — we recommend a morning/evening shower schedule for smooth sharing! Extras Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are provided. No dishwasher — dishwashing becomes a friendly, shared moment! WiFi available, but may be slower in summer due to local network limitations. No cleaning fee: I personally clean between stays. Please leave the house as tidy as you found it. Easy access by car, or by train and bus via Quimper.
