Welcome to Casa Punta Perula Boutique Hotel. This beautiful guestroom (Puesta del Sol) is on a second floor, half block away from beach. Stunning ocean view from the terrace, just outside your guestroom. The enormous palapa covered patio is shared with two other guestrooms (all have similar features). This has a king size bed, perfect for 2 guests and a private bathroom. Coffee and tea and a refrigerator is provided in the common area. The space Situated steps from the beach, this boutique hotel is unsurpassed in modern comforts and Mexican charm. Upon arrival you will immediately notice the warmth of this walk up beauty after admiring the ocean view, you will notice each room is designed with modern comforts in mind. King size beds, flat panel tv, satellite cable and full bath with shower. Each guestroom has it's own bathroom and privacy. * NOTE: We are currently building 2 more guestrooms in the back of the property expect to be completed by early to mid August 2023. There may be noise during your stay between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30am. Accepting this reservation is accepting this notice. Thank you in advance. Guest access Guests will have a private entrance to come in and out as they please and walk up the stairs to the second floor, to your guestroom. A huge palapa terrace is in the middle of all guestrooms and is a common area for all guests. You will enjoy fantastic ocean views from there. A kitchenette is also available as a common area to prepare coffee and tea (provided by host), refrigerator, sink and utensils as well as a small counterspace is also provided to prepare quick, easy lunches (no stove).
