With amenities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants, golf course, tour offices present in Jolly Harbour, this is the perfect base for your island adventures. The space This is a comfortable, modern and recently updated 3 bedroom and 3 bath house on 2 floors. The house is air conditioned through out. On the lower floor is an open plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one small but very comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a full bath on this floor. The living room, through a full-width sliding glass door opens into a water front patio furnished with a 6 seater outdoor dining table, a large grill, and 2 colorful beach chairs. You can sit on the shaded patio throughout the day to enjoy the trade winds and the awesome marina and mountain views. There are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies on the upper floor. The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with 65 inch OLED AND HD smart television sets for your pleasure. There is good quality Wi-Fi available in all parts of the house. Guest access You have access to every part of the house except for a storage space which will be locked. Other things to note The best way to explore the island is to rent a car. The supermarket and restaurants in Jolly Harbour are a 15 - 20 walk from our house, so you may decide to rent a golf cart to get around within our Jolly Harbour community. Golf cart and car rentals are available at the Jolly Harbour commercial center. I can help with introductions to rental services. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid government issued ID a few days to your arrival.
