Charming stone house ideal for a quiet holiday, in the countryside. Renovated in 2009, the rental includes a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 bed 160, the second with 3 beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. The house is designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (entirely on one level). Pleasant equipped terrace opening onto a large unfenced private garden. The space The second bedroom is flexible: 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed (please let us know before your arrival so that we can provide the right sheets). For stays longer than 1 week, clean sheets, towels and linens will be provided at an additional cost. Guest access The entire cottage will be at your sole disposal, without restriction. Other things to note The land is not fenced but the road is not busy (hamlet of 5 houses away from major roads). Cleaning fee at the end of the stay, linens, towels, sheets, internet: included. In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. (7 nights, 14 nights, 21 nights etc.) Price includes electric heating from October to the end of March.
