Conveniently located upon walking distance to Santa Ana downtown, and to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and much more. The space Located on a second floor, with a large balcony with beautiful view. It has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed on a mezzanine accessed by a ladder (recommended for kids +10 years old, see images). It also has A/C, fan, cable TV, WiFi, private bathroom, closet, safe, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils. Also a folding dining table. Guest access The property has a great pool with deck and pool, enabled for the use of the Loft renters. Free parking. The lofts have a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, $5 per load cost, detergent not included.
