Enjoy this modern yet rustic looking second-floor guest cottage in historic Osprey, one of Sarasota County's first settlements. Walk to the bayfront, restaurants, shopping, library, and parks. A short drive takes you to our famous Gulf beaches and all that Sarasota and Venice has to offer. Come stay for a month or more! This is a 30-day-minimum listing. The space Majestic oak trees surround this cozy second-story cottage, which has everything you need: Full kitchen, cute little bathroom with shower and micro sink, dining/work tables both inside and on the porch, comfy sofa, cable TV, wifi, and an cozy alcove with queen-size bed. For the beach, you'll find beach towels, beach umbrella, stadium style chairs, and a cooler. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guest access In addition to your private cottage, you can enjoy the nicely landscaped grounds with adirondack chairs, hot water outdoor shower, and a complete outdoor kitchen/bar. Extended stay guests may borrow kayaks for paddling on the bay, bicycles to ride on the Legacy Trail, and have access to the laundry room. Other things to note The Treehouse is well designed but compact space - about 270 sq.ft. plus the 8’x10’ screened porch. There is walking space all around the queen-size bed, lots of storage, a comfy living area with sofa and dining table, and a full (but compact!) kitchen. The bathroom is intentionally as small as allowed by building code, with shower, toilet, and micro-sink for brushing teeth and washing hands. You will likely be impressed by how livable such a well designed small space can be!
