Nova's Place

Welcome to Nova's Place, a little private oasis tucked away in the heart of Lyndell, PA. Fully renovated in 2022, this stand alone cottage has a private covered porch that's perfect for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Take a stroll in the yard to visit with the dogs, chickens, bees, or see what's growing in the garden. Our property is just a five minute walk to the back trails of Marsh Creek State Park and the Brandywine River, and 10 minute drive into the heart of Downingtown. The space This Airbnb is a private, one floor unit that faces the back of our property. While our home is closely situated next to this unit, you will find that the space is still very private due to the arrangement of windows facing opposite our home. This is a shared yard, where two children occasionally play. While we do our best to give our guests privacy during their stay, the children can be visible at times. Guest access This is a private separate unit. There is an attached, private covered patio that faces away from the adjacent house on the property. This unit is located on 2 acres that are shared with the owners and you are welcome to walk around the property to visit the chickens, bee hives, veggie garden, or play with our two friendly pups, Nia and Nova. Other things to note DOGS: Our property is enclosed by an electric fence for our dogs. This means that the dogs have free range to our yard, and may come up to greet you when you arrive or are hanging on the private patio. Our dogs are extremely friendly with people. However, one of the dogs is reactive towards other dogs which is why we can not allow other pets at this location.
