Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills. The space You will find a spacious entrance way with a table and chairs for your convenience. The bedroom/living area is combined, being light and bright with one comfortable queen sized bed, couch, tv and own ensuite bathroom. Free wifi is available. From the entrance room there is a separate room for cooking with a full refrigerator/freezer and a choice of bench top cooking appliances; a microwave, hotplate and air fryer. Cooking utensils and dinnerware are provided. There are toast, tea & coffee making facilities . Two heat pumps keep the area warm or cool as needed. A washing machine and drier are available to use in the unit. Guest access The garden is a shared area with myself so occasionally you might find me out there looking after the plants. During your stay I try to keep this to a minimum and at times when you are away from the annex. While there is usually space to park on the street I prefer you to park in space provided on the property under the carport.
