The space This 40 acre property includes a main house with a 10,000 gallon indoor pool, as well as a separate small cabin situated above the pond. You’ll drive up a half mile gravel road and will immediately reconnect with nature although you’re only a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Potosi. The main house includes 4 bedrooms (7 beds), 2 full bathrooms and an open living space. The cabin is walkable from the main house and offers a single king bedroom with water views, and a living room/kitchenette. Other things to note There is plenty to do on property: swim in the pool, fish in the pond, walk the trails, hit golf balls up our large fairway, win at ping pong or foozeball in the shaded garage, or simply grab a chair and take in the view of the valley. We are a 20 minute drive from Washington State Park; enjoy river access, or even schedule a float, knowing you’ll be coming back to all the comforts of home.
