Welcome to Villa Verde Österlen. Spacious and rural vacation home with panoramic views over open landscapes. Highly located above the small village of Glemmingebro, the house is nestled in a lush oasis. To the southeast, you can see Skåne's only preserved medieval round church. To the southwest, Hammars hills stand out with miles of sandy beaches. On the horizon, you get a glimpse of the ferries to and from Bornholm. A perfect place to vacation for the family, even the slightly larger family or two families. The space The Villa: You rent the entire villa, but the price/night varies depending on how many guests you are (how many rooms/beds are used). 130 sqm spread over two floors. Four bedrooms with two beds in each, as well as a built-in sleeping alcove in one of the living rooms. A total of 9 beds. All rooms have blackout curtains. Bedlinen and towels are included. A crib and a regular extra bed are available on request. In the annex right next to the villa there is the bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine. As well as a separate toilet. There you will also find a hair dryer, irons and drying rack. In the annex there is the kitchen with dining for 10 people is in the house next to the villa. Fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. Guest access You rent the whole house. Private, rural paradise. As a guest, you have full access to the approximately 300 sqm garden directly around the house. There is spacious and convenient parking at the front of the property. Please note that the adjacent garden is private and belongs to the host. A dog lives in the private area. The tenant is responsible for picking up after themselves and treating the environment with respect, as well as leaving the accommodation and other environment in the condition it was in when you arrived. Cleaning is the responsibility of the host. Cleaning and changing of sheets takes place between each booking. Information about WiFi, etc. is located in a welcome sheet in the kitchen upon arrival. Other things to note Villa Verde's location on the southern side of Österlen means that you are close to some of Sweden's most beautiful beaches, national parks, castles and idyllic villages and towns. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Fall asleep and wake up to the nightingale. Relax with croquet in the garden or have lunch on one of the three patios.
