Welcome to Villa Verde Österlen. Spacious and rural vacation home with panoramic views of open landscapes. Highly located above the small village of Glemmingebro, the house is nestled in a lush oasis. In the southeast, you see Skåne's only conservation medieval round church. To the southwest, Hammars take off with mile-long sand beaches. On the horizon, you get a glimpse of the ferries to and from Bornholm. A perfect place to vacation for the family, even the slightly larger family or two families. The space The Villa: 130 sqm spread over two floors. Four bedrooms with two beds in each, as well as a built-in sleeping alcove in one of the living rooms. A total of 9 beds. All rooms have blackout curtains. Bedlinen and towels are included. In the annex right next to the villa is the bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine. As well as a separate toilet. There you will also find hair dryers, irons and drying racks. In the annex, the kitchen with dining area for 10 people is in the house next to the villa. Fully equipped with all you need during your stay. Dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. Guest access You rent the whole house. Private, rural paradise. As a guest you have full access to the about 300 sqm garden directly around the house. There is spacious and convenient parking at the front of the property. Please note that the adjacent garden is private and belongs to the host. A dog houses in the private area. The tenant is responsible for picking up after themselves and treating the environment with respect, as well as leaving the property and other environment in the condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning is responsible for the host. Cleaning and changing sheets is between each booking. Information about wifi, etc is located in a welcome sheet in the kitchen upon arrival. Other things to note Villa Verde's location on Österlen's south side makes you close to some of Sweden's most beautiful beaches, national parks, castles, and idyllic villages and towns. Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Fall asleep and wake up to the nightingale. Relax with the Krockets game in the garden or have a lunch at any of the three patios.
