This charming upstairs unit in a beautifully restored Victorian-style home is located in the heart of Downtown Auburn, CA. Just steps from local restaurants, bars, theaters, shops, and year-round events, it’s the perfect spot to explore the vibrant downtown scene. Recently updated, the space blends historic character with modern comforts, offering a unique experience that captures the essence of the early 1900s while providing all the conveniences of today. The space You cannot stay any closer to central Auburn! The space is the entire second floor of a 1900 victorian house that has been painstakingly restored to keep the it most original as possible. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a small bunk room off the front bedroom. It has a full bath with a clawfoot tub/shower and an additional half bath. The full kitchen nicely stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets and utensils. There is a first floor that may be occupied. Guest access Guest will. have access to the entire second floor and back porch. This is a 2 unit property. There is a shared beer garden in the backyard Other things to note Only registered guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted without prior approval. While space is private it is possible to run into other guest on the premises that would be renting the downstairs. The only shared space is outside. Please keep in mind this is a 1900s home so it is also possible to hear people downstairs during your stay. We do have a strict quiet time policy of 10 PM to 8 AM for both units. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
