Beautiful 4-Bedroom Home with Deck/Fireplace

Family friendly, beautiful home with a deck that overlooks 9,000 square feet of garden. Light filled, spacious, clean and airy home with four bedrooms upstairs and a dining room, living room, fireplace room, sun porch and large open kitchen on the main level with an open floor plan. Lush green property on a quiet street with views of Spencer Butte. Ten minute walk to grocery store, pub, and wine shop. Ten minute drive to campus. Close to hikes, U of O, playgrounds and bike paths.. The space The house has an open floor plan on the entry level floor, with ample windows and light. There is a heated sun room that has glass doors that can close and separate the room from the noise of the main area (great for stepping away to work, etc.). There is a bathroom on the main floor and the laundry room is right off the kitchen. We have a flat screen TV with Netflix and Disney Plus that we store on a rolling cart in the main floor closet that can easily be rolled out to the living room to enjoy (we like providing the option of not seeing the TV during the day) The staircase in the center of the house leads to four bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with tub. All rooms (with the exception of the downstairs bathroom) have windows with blinds or curtains, and plenty of light. The queen bedroom has a large deck, and the king bedroom has a view of Spencer’s Butte. All bedrooms have nice bright windows, closets, dressers, and bedside tables and lamps. Much of house is newly remodeled, and three beds have memory foam mattresses and the queen is pillow top. Most is the house’s bedding and mattresses are new. There are kids toys and books in one of the upstairs closets and games, karaoke, and a record player downstairs (we are slowly trying to build our wall art and record collection in the new home). The garden is wonderful to explore or gaze at from most rooms of the house. Very relaxing environment to socialize with family and friends. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except the garage.
