Other things to note *Please Read Before Booking* You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a Los Angeles noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 5pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Excessive noise complaints or violations may result in being removed from the property without a refund and a fine of $500 minimum ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No gathering or lingering outside in front of or around the house. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. ▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation). ▸ Pets are allowed with prior approval. ▸ Please also note that outdoor furniture and cushions may be brought inside at times, depending on the weather. Another detail to keep in mind: There is ongoing construction in the area, which is beyond our control, so there may be days with construction noise. *Please review the overall rules list in the 'House Rules' section below before booking.
