Stone family house ideally located in the Léon countryside between land and sea. Come and discover our beautiful wild coasts with white sandy beaches, our islands, our forests and our heritage. The spacious house is ideal for 6 people (up to 8). An enclosed garden and a bright extension with living room will allow you to enjoy your evenings with family or friends. The city center with all its amenities is within walking distance. We would be happy to welcome you! The space The house is located at the corner of a small one-way street, close to the city center. It has step-free access and numerous parking spaces including one private. The house is: - 50 m: parks, shops, restaurants, the traditional Monday morning market with its local producers... -10 min: sandy beaches, Brignogan-Plages nautical center (paddle, dinghy, windsurfing) - 20 min: Landerneau, its cobblestone streets, the famous inhabited bridge (one of the last in Europe), the exhibitions of the Hélène & Edouard Leclerc Fund... - 25 min: Brest, Océanopolis, the Ateliers des Capucins... - the beautiful islands of Batz, Ouessant, Molène... - the mysterious forest of Huelgoat etc... Guest access The ground floor consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with stove and a bright extension comprising a 2nd living room and overlooking a small garden enclosed by stone walls facing west. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is at your disposal. The floor is divided into 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, mattress, booster seat, footstool, toilet bowl adapter) is available for your use. The accommodation is equipped with fiber, a hi-fi system, 2 televisions and a games console. To follow in additional remarks, the different paid options offered: cleaning, bed linen, bath towels. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Bed linen and towels can be rented at the rate of: - 15 euros for bed linens/double bed - 5 euros for towels/person For your information, the dimensions of the bedding: - Bedrooms 2 and 3 and sofa bed: beds 140 x 190 cm, duvets 220 x 240 cm - Bedroom 1: bed 160*200 cm, duvet 260*240 cm, - pillows 63 x 63 cm - a comforter on each bed The end-of-stay cleaning is optional at €50 or you can choose to take care of it yourself. Household products are provided.
