The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up Emmy Award-worthy meals to enjoy with your friends and family. The stone countertops in the kitchen along with the floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room truly create a cozy atmosphere. This condo has two full bathrooms, a queen bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room, along with a comfy recliner to relax in. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise on your very own private balcony while you explore your inner strong-willed Dorothy, spacey Rose, lusty Southern belle Blanche or matriarch Sophia. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more. Guest access The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool, and game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions. This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit. Other things to note This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
