The living room has a smart TV you can use to log-in to your streaming services and an electric fireplace - and of course, Wifi. The backyard is fenced. The home has a washer & dryer, and use of a 1 car attached garage. This home is conveniently located near a gas station/corner store. But, it is a busy street, keep in mind, you can hear traffic outside at times :) You have full access to the entire home. I am available for emergencies, but stay away unless you need me :) House is on the corner of an intersection near a gas station with a small market. Close to I-80 exits.
