The space You're staying in our guest suit, which is the entire upstairs of the house. This is a 1000 sqft guest suit. You will enter through the main entrance. The suite has two rooms. When you come up the stairs, you will be greeted with a small dining area. To the left of the dining area is a large open concept room with living area and a queen bed. To the right of the dining area is the private master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom. The master bedroom has its own door for privacy. The bathroom is in the master bedroom. Feel good about your stay! The unit's energy is 100% from solar. You will be the only guest using the entrance for the entirety of your stay and you will not be sharing any space with any other guest. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The guest suit is the perfect stay for small families and groups for vacation and holidays, to enjoy the beaches, close by theme parks, and popular restaurants. The suit does not have a kitchen or washer/dryer (as specified on the amenities), only what's shown on the pictures. Guest access There's a Tesla charging station within 0.5 miles. You will have 1 dedicated parking space on the driveway. Street parking is available and free, except for street sweeping days. Please be considerate of our neighbors when parking on the street.
