Apartment F2 – City Center

In the heart of downtown Sarreguemines, we offer an F2 apartment of 40 m². Fully renovated, it consists of: - 1 bedroom (2 pers.) - 1 full kitchen - 1 equipped bathroom - 1 bright living room - 1 TV - 1 sofa bed (2 pers.): use as a bed requires a reservation for a minimum of 3 guests. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Germany (20 minutes from Saarbrücken). Three car parks, two of which are free, are a 2-minute walk from the property. The space The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium consisting of 4 apartments. Access is secured by a first entrance door on the street, accessible only by digicode, then the door of the accommodation, equipped with a key box allowing an independent check-in. Guest access The apartment is easily accessible. Three parking lots are located near the accommodation, two of which are free: Rue des Chèvres 2-minute walk (with electric charging station) / Rue de la Montagne 5-minute walk. Other things to note Washing machine and dryer available in a dedicated room in the common areas, on the same floor as the accommodation, but away to avoid any noise, available for stays longer than a week.
