Located within an easy 15 minute drive to all beaches and backing onto a National Park, this property is ideal for those seeking to reconnect with nature. The space Sugarcreek cottage is on two levels with kitchenette/living and bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. The cottage is situated near the main residence (within 10 metres and separated by a parking area) but is oriented to maximise privacy. The property sits on 25 acres of bush land and is accessed by a 400 metre long sealed drive. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage and parking space in the carport. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: As we rely on satellite internet, coverage can be weather dependent. The kitchenette is basic (convection oven/microwave and induction hot plate).
