Wine Country Ranchette

Unwind at this peaceful ranch house located in Walla Walla wine country. Enjoy beautiful views of the Blue Mountains while soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the backyard surrounded by a peaceful country setting. This spacious home has everything you will need for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The space The Ranchette is a ranch house located on just under an acre property with expansive views of the valley and the mountains beyond. The house was fully-remodeled in 2022 and feels fresh and bright inside and out. We have tried to furnish it with everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN The open concept living area built around a large kitchen island. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is also a fireplace in the dining area with wood and starter logs for your convenience. Off the main living area is an office with a laptop table along with games, puzzles, DVDs, and coloring books. BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS There are 4 bedrooms total with 3 bedrooms down the hall each with a queen bed and one full bath as well as an en suite half bathroom. The fourth bedroom is the primary bedroom has a California king and is at the other end of the house off of the main living area. It has its own full bathroom with shower. All linens including duvet covers are laundered between each stay for a fresh clean experience. HOT TUB The 8-person hot tub is available year round and is fitted with a hyrdraulic cover which makes accessing the hot tub convenient and easy. Guests are invited to adjust the temperature to their preferred level. OUTDOOR SPACE The lot is a little under an acre so there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. You will find multiple living areas including a gas BBQ and tools for grilling and a fire pit with plenty of wood for cool nights by the fire. We even have marshmallow roasting skewers! LAUNDRY / CLEANING The washer and dryer is available for use along with a range of cleaning supplies. You will also find additional cleaning supplies under the kitchen and bathroom sinks to use during your stay. We also have plenty of kitchen towels, rags, and cloth napkins to avoid unnecessary waste. OUTDOOR SPACE The lot is a little under an acre so there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Outside you will find a gas BBQ and tools for grilling and a fire pit with plenty of wood for cool nights by the fire. We even have marshmallow roasting skewers! GARAGE In the garage you will find some fitness equipment including a weight bench, weights, and a yoga mat. There is also a foosball table and lawn games like cornhole, jenga, and connect four for your use. PETS Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay, sorry no cats. Please let me know ahead of time if you are bringing your dog so I can make preparations. Dogs need to be kept off the furniture and should never be left alone unless they are crated. The property is not fenced but a stake and lead line are provided. Guests will be responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning necessary. Please pick up after your pet before you go. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves. We do have a RING camera on the front door only facing the street that helps us know when you've arrived. Other things to note We have wonderful neighbors and many of them have children and pets who play in the neighborhood. Guests are expected to drive carefully and respect quiet hours. While we do allow up to 8 guests, there is an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night above 6 guests.
