In Calosso, Piemont, a beautiful 10 to 12-person villa with 5 large bedrooms (and extra sleeping couch) and 3 bathrooms. Renovated in luxury, perfect for 1 or 2 families! The garden has a salt-based infinity pool and various places to sit and dine; all with magnificent views over the UNESCO awarded vineyards. Situated in a tranquil area surrounded by fabulous wine producers, villages, supermarket and restaurants at walking distance. The space Villa Tinella is located in Calosso, a small historic village between Asti, Alba and Nizza Monferrato, situated on a hill in the middle of the UNESCO awarded vineyards. The villa is beautifully finished in Libertà/Art Nouveau style, with original floors and a beautiful fresco (ceiling paintings) in one of the bedrooms. All rooms are spacious with more than 3m height from floor to ceiling. Our huge renovation has just been completed! A large living area (with designer kitchen, spacious dining and living room) offers beautiful views over the beautiful endless landscape. The new Italian designer kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. The adjacent dining with long (3m20) dining table has 3 large windows that directly border the garden and give a fantastic view. The living room borders the courtyard with roses, and offers phenomenal views on 2 sides. The dining gives you direct access to the spacious front garden with a large infinity pool (on salt basis), a large sun deck and a built-in bench. From this side you can enjoy the endless view of the vineyards (and if you're lucky, the Alps too!). In addition, on this side of the Villa there is a patio with a large outdoor table and a The Bastard kamado BBQ (coal) for a delicious evening meal between the vineyards! From the kitchen/living room there is also access to the inner garden (with beautiful roses) for a delicious breakfast, lunch or an evening BBQ (gas). There is also an outdoor table with a large parasol where you can sit comfortably. From the kitchen you can walk straight into the old house "Cascina", where all the bedrooms are located. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a beautiful new designer bathroom. The bedrooms both have a double bed. The rear bedroom has great ceiling paintings, which you can admire endlessly from your bed. On the upper floor you will find a total of 3 bedrooms. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and modern ensuite bathroom with a view of the pool and the vineyard. On the other side of the staircase there is another large bedroom with a double bed and baby bed with the same view. This bedroom shares the bathroom with a beautifully renovated large bedroom that is located above the dining room. This suite has a large and unobstructed view over the vineyards and the pool. In this bedroom you will also find a double bed and an extra sofa bed (can accommodate 1-2 people). There is ample parking outside for several cars.
