Stainless Steel Sink w/ Hot/Cold running water Washer/Dryer Full bath The space After parking in the driveway(right side) or on the street you will walk down the external stairs on the right/east side of house. Walking to the back of the house you will see a lockbox on the wall that will open with the last four digits of YOUR mobile number. Use the key and enter through the sliding glass door. There you will be in the main TV room. Full couch, coffee table, lazyboy and big rocking chair. Walking to the opposite corner of the room and going through that door will lead you into a hallway. Proceed right and you'll pass the laundry room. Around the corner on your left you will find the locking door to your bedroom. At the end of the hallway is the full bathroom. If you go back the other way through the hallway you will eventually enter the Study/Workout/Kitchenette area (Full size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kuerig), opposite of the main TV room. There you'll find a futon couch/bed as well. Guest access You will have full access to the downstairs except for the locked shop and storage areas. I live in the upstairs half of the house. Other things to note If you choose to park in the driveway please park on the right side of the double driveway. I use the left side to enter/exit the garage. Depending on the length of your stay, common areas may be the backyard (gotta mow) and the laundry room ( I'll text you if I need access).
