Across from the pool (open May-Oct) & year round hot tub. A/C, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, electric fireplace & all of the comforts to make your stay special. Resort amenities also include gym, fireplace & fire pit, lounge area. Just steps from private access to Vancouver Island’s famous Rathtrevor Beach @ Sunrise Ridge Resort. The space Casa Sunrise unit A is our cozy and spacious walk out level condo style one bedroom suite with full kitchen, laundry, and sleeps 4. Casa Sunrise has two self-contained units that are adjoined and separate making it ideally versatile. This listing is for our one bedroom suite. We are nestled in the Sunrise Ridge Resort, just steps from the outdoor pool and hot tub, and access to Vancouver Island’s famous Rathtrevor Beach and backs onto Craig Bay. The seawall is found towards the back of the resort on the left hand side. The traversing path leads you down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises can be found here. *please note the resort is currently working on restoring access to the beach in 2024, so there is currently a steep step down to be mindful of. Conveniently located - Just a few minutes stroll to Craig Bay beach access, lovely at low tides, and a 10 minute walk to shops, ice cream, mini golf, bumper cars, restaurants, the Grotto Spa, and a quick 15 min drive to Coombs - Goat's on the Roof Old Country Market. Casa Sunrise makes a perfect home base to explore all that Parksville and Vancouver Island has to offer while offering a comfy home base to unwind. During your stay, you'll have access to all the Sunrise Ridge amenities including seasonal (May-Oct) use of the outdoor pool, year round hot tub, fitness centre, the fire pit, indoor lounge area and lobby with floor to ceiling fireplace. Don't forget to book your time slot with the front desk for the outdoor fireplace on the Hummingbird Terrace and roast some s'mores or relax by the fire - a family favorite tradition. After exploring Parksville and enjoying the resort, relax in the living room and put a record on and cozy up with a book or a board game. Enjoy cooking? Follow us @casasunriseeairbnb Guest access Our condo is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort in Parksville, BC. We are located on Resort Drive, right beside the well known famous Ti-Na-Mara Resort. Upon your stay, you will have access to our condo and the Resort amenities. Our condo is equipped with Smartlock key-less entry. Please do not check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access. Access to the suite is through the main lobby building where you will have access to the A and B units. Parking in front of the resort, under the main building is parkade parking or you can park to the side. Parking is free and not designated. No recreational (RV’s, travel trailers, boats, etc) vehicles permitted. The resort offers two EV Charging stations in the parkade that are available for use free of charge. Access to the resort amenities - pool, fitness centre, hot tub is provided via key-fob. * NOTE currently no fob needed for pool area - just use the latch system at top of the gates. Please return the fob to the unit as the resort charges a fee to replace them. Fitness centre and hot tub are open year round, daily between 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. The outdoor pool is open seasonally, starting in May (pending annual inspection) to October. There is an ice machine in the fitness centre. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our condo is privately managed by us, and the resort is not able to offer extra bath towels, toilet paper, etc. Please contact us directly if any issues :) *Must book outdoor fireplace for private use at the front desk (free). We provide marshmallow roasting sticks that can be found in the kitchen. **Please note there is a strict no smoking policy in the home and patio and on resort property. There are two designated spots for smoking. One located in front of the resort by parking, and one towards the back of the resort by the path to the beach. Please see map for exact location.
