Bright place on a safe and tree-lined street in the Condesa within a building from the 50s. You can appreciate two works by the renowned artist Francisco Toledo, who is considered one of Mexico's greatest visual artists. We have a ceiling fan, heater, shampoo, body soap, first aid kit and equipped kitchen. The building is family-friendly and safe. We appreciate you keeping this in mind when booking. The space - Guests have access to the entire studio located on the first floor of a 1950s building with three floors. Please note that there is no elevator. - The Michoacán market is just one block from the apartment, there are also two 24/7 convenience stores located one block away. - Small studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Mexico City, with multiple restaurants and cafes just a few steps away. - We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay. - We offer apartment cleaning and linen change at no cost for stays longer than 15 days. Guest access The building does not have common areas. Other things to note If you like art, you'll appreciate the Francisco Toledo kites we have in the loft. In 1998, Master Toledo began designing stencils for hand-cut kites and notebooks, and in 2010 he began collaborating with the San Agustín Arts Center. Considered one of the greatest plastic artists in Mexico as a printer, draftsman, painter, sculptor and ceramist.
