A Remodeled Duplex Near JBER/Downtown

Pets require approval. We're a military couple with our first ever vacation rental. We feel we have thought of everything for your stay and hope it will be everything you expected. Located less than 1/2 a mile form JBER, this newly remodeled duplex has a convenient floor plan, new furnishings, washer and dryer, and a touch of Alaska in every room. Wi-Fi included. My wife and I are confident if you plan to stay at our home you will thoroughly enjoy your visit. The space In addition to the two queen beds, the couch is pretty comfortable for a 5th guest We can sleep 4 comfortably, but if you plan to have more than 4 guests the living room (which lets in a lot of light at night) couch can be used to sleep on. Large custom windows flood natural light throughout. This home is centrally located and just off Alaska's one major highway. Hop on the road and head to any of Alaska's naturally beauties. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. We have tried our best to make this home as cozy as possible with all "hotel" amenities. We have everything from kitchen utensils, to hair dryers and ironing boards. Guest access Fenced in yard with side door access Other things to note When remodeling this home we tried to think of everything we always needed or wanted while on our vacations. We feel we put a lot of thought into the place and will have all your basic needs covered. We even got in touch with a local amateur photographer. All the photos in the unit were taken in Alaska, by an Alaskan. It gives the place a real feel for where you are in the world.
