Fresh paint, brand new shower in 2026.Includes sound machine, 2 heaters, 2 fans, central air, window AC unit and designated work space. Fast Internet. Quiet street and parking for 2 cars. Great outside are with firepit. All linens and towels provided. There is a closet and dresser for you to use. There is a stall shower in bathroom, no tub. Guest access You have access to your space, kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a deck and backyard with fire pit you can also use outside. Key to access house and 2 parking spaces just for guests. During your stay Your space is the entire upstairs of my home. I will be in and out but won't be in your space at all. I am available 24/7 by phone via text. I answer all texts within a 1/2 hour. Other things to note Stairs to access second floor. Stall shower- no tub. I have a very small, friendly hypo-allergenic dog that lives with me, who is not allowed in your space. 😊 This is the upstairs of my home. If you are a late night person (after 12 am bedtime) this is probably not the right fit for you. 😊
