Access to the ground level patio and garden with BBQ and seating. Other things to note You are responsible for your own garbage and recycling. Please separate your rinsed recycling into your blue bin, your bagged trash into your black bin. Bring your bins out to the curb on Wednesday for trash pickup Thursday morning. You are responsible for taking out your trash bins and bringing them back. If your bins are full/overflowing and you fail to bring them out for trash pick up day you will be fined $100.
