Come relax in this private, large one bedroom guest house that will not disappoint. No penny was spared in renovating what was a music sound studio into a spacious and immaculately appointed home surrounded by over an acre of green grass and mature trees in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Guest access The guest will have exclusive and easy access to a parking spot at the end of a large driveway. Visiting guest parking is available either on the driveway or on the back property. Other things to note Visitors are welcome and one (1) can stay one night. Parking arrangements can be coordinated if needed. One small dog (under 20 lbs) is permitted. Parties/events are NOT PERMITTED. NO smoking of any kind is permitted thank you.
