Bonus dedicated separate work space/office on the first floor with high speed fiber internet throughout the property. Newly decorated throughout, with a good central heating system. There are two 2 seat sofa and one armchair in the living room, along with a table and chairs for 4, plus two additional occasional chairs in the dining room. Charcoal BBQ available on request. No parties or smoking/vaping inside. 10% discount for 7 or more nights, enquire about longer stays. When leaving: Guest to leave all dishes cleaned and on the draining board. Place all rubbish into the outdoor regular and recycling bins. Leave all towels in the bathtub. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and outside space.
