Description

Ty Ni is an old barn that has become a comfortable tiny house of thirty square meters full of charm and ideally located. 6 minutes' walk from the tram and buses, you will quickly reach the Arena, the city center or the Technopole. Just a little further away is the harbor and the typical port of Maison Blanche. Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert or for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the ideal anchor to discover Brest, the Iroise region and northern Finistère. The space Ty Ni is a former barn that has become a thirty-square-meter tiny house spread over two levels. Ty Ni is located on a quiet street on the same property as my main residence but it is completely independent. Ty Ni has dedicated parking, private access and an exterior that is exclusively reserved for it. It offers a lovely view of a wooded garden. Ty Ni consists of a single volume with different spaces spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will enter through a large bay window into the fitted and well-equipped kitchen. The floor is terracotta, some walls have kept their exposed stones in order to keep the authenticity of the place. On the same level is the shower room with sink, large antique mirror and window. The toilet is also on the ground floor. You will access the floor via a Japanese-style staircase, more comfortable than a miller's ladder. The entire floor is made of the warmest blonde pine floor. On this level you will find the mezzanine living room overlooking the kitchen. The living room has a desk area and a very cozy relaxation area with a large sofa, an armchair and an ottoman. The whole place showcases artists from here and elsewhere whose works adorn the walls. On the first floor is also the "night box". This is a small eggplant-colored cocoon for a restful night. The night box has a double bed, storage lockers and a small wardrobe with hangers. Both windows on the floor have blackout blinds. Unfortunately, Ty Ni is not suitable for children, people with reduced mobility or people with motor problems. Ty Ni is a 6-minute walk from Montbarey tram stop. You will then be 4 stops from the Brest Arena concert and multi-sports hall. The tram will take you to Rue de Siam in 20 minutes. Ty Ni is a 5-minute drive from the typical small port of Maison Blanche but also from the Ecole Navale, Thalès, the Technopole where IFREMER and engineering schools such as ENIB, ESIAB, IMT Atlantique, etc. are located… In 5 minutes you will also reach the village of Saint Pierre and its local shops. Ty Ni is close to the terminals of the Montbarey relay car park and the Carrefour shopping center to recharge your electric vehicle with peace of mind. Ty Ni is waiting for you, don't hesitate, come!!! Guest access The entire property is reserved for you with a dedicated parking space and a private terrace. Other things to note Please note that water and electricity are not included in the rate. The accommodation has individual meters that are read on arrival and departure, you only pay for what you consume. The rate applied is that in effect in Brest, i.e. 5.02 euros per cubic meter of water and 0.25 euros per kilowatt hour of electricity. These charges will be payable upon checkout or upon your return home. Payment can be made in the manner that suits you: cash, bank transfer or transfer via payment app. We do not charge a cleaning fee.
