This romantic getaway awaits you. The space Whisper Ridge boasts luxury bedding, high-end furnishings, custom millwork, local pottery and views for days. You might never want to leave. This brand new space was built in 2023 perched on top a natural ridge. The mountain modern aesthetic will have you wishing you lived here full-time. A perfect place to reflect alone or connect with a loved one. No matter the season, the tent will keep you cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. The netted doors open from both ends to enjoy evening breeze. While the wood stove keeps warm crackling ambiance during colder temperatures. The mature birch trees shelter Whisper Ridge from sun with their fluttering leaves in the wind. While the majestic tamarack's steal the show with their vibrant orange in fall. Cook the meal you've been craving in our covered outdoor kitchen featuring: a gas cook top, barbeque, small oven, Keureig machine and mini fridge for a gourmet stay. Hosts provide spices and coffee. Fall asleep to the sounds of crickets in the canvas tent featuring a queen-sized bed and down duvet. The soft colours contribute to the quality of serenity in the bedroom. Board games and books are provided for those rainy days when you want to stay inside. Shower amongst the trees with custom tiled shower framing a feature window of a live tree trunk outside. This professionally built bathhouse boasts a clean, spa-like feel. Dry off with fresh white towels, hosts provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The outdoor patio space features a propane fire table, cozy seating, a telescope and firepit when fire restrictions are lifted. All are situated to enjoy the best part of Whisper Ridge.. the view. From swaying trees, majestic wildlife, rolling mountains and mesmerizing stars you will be blown away. Parking: Free parking space for two vehicles. Pets: We love furry friends however the area is a special nesting area for turkey and baby elk and do not want to disturb them. We will only be allowing very well trained pets so feel free to reach out if you think your fur baby would be a good fit. Guest access A golf cart is provided to shuttle you and your belongings between the parking space and Whisper Ridge. In the winter, snowshoes and a toboggan will be provided for the 5 minute walk through the forest. Guests have access to the entire private property. Markers are in place to show where the property ends. Other things to note The friendly neighborhood dog Flynn may come to visit from time to time. He is locked up in the evenings. If his presence is an issue please let us know and we will ensure he stays home during your visit. Our solar panels are on the way! In the meantime, the battery bank only lasts 24 hours between charges. The nearly silent turn key generator charges the bank within 2 hours and instructions are posted.
