Chill out in Butler

Take it easy in this relaxing space well located in Butler! Enjoy your own private room, bathroom, hangout space with a TV and kitchenette, and share our lovely outdoor area. We have central heating and cooling, so it's nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We are expats from Canada and US, and a cat named Kahlua. It's just a 5 min drive from here to the coast, with several beaches to the north and south. Walk 5 min to the local cafe or pub or grab some groceries from Coles or IGA. Guest access Guests will access their private section of the house through the garage, where they can also access the backyard area and BBQ. Their private space includes a bedroom, bathroom, hangout area with a TV and mini fridge, as well as a kitchenette with a shared laundry.
