Villa in Saltangará

Located in the heart of the Runavík area with a panorama view of the biggest fjord in the Faroe Islands, you may enjoy a nice and peaceful stay in any season of the year. The house is only 20min drive from Tórshavn. Within short walking distance you can enjoy many of the local facilities that Runavík has to offer: grocery store, shopping, restaurants, cafés, gym, tourist office, pharmacy and our nature pearl “Toftavatn”. A playground and a football field are right next to the house. The space The house is spacious, 180 m2 in 2 floors. It contains: One living room with smart tv ont 1st floor. One bathroom one the 1st floor with shower and two bathrooms on the bottom floor, one with bathtub and one with shower. 1 bedroom with a bed, where it is possible to place a madras on the floor for an adult if needed, on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the bottom floor. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed for two persons, one bedroom with a bed and a "pull out" bed, and one bedroom with a bed where it is possible to place a madras on the floor for adults if needed. A fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, oven with induction plates, microwave, Quooker, and refrigerator. A small scullery next to the kitchen with a big freezer, coffee machine, toaster and all kinds of kitchen equipment and an extra sink. On the bottom floor is a washing room with a sink, washing machine, drying drum. The house is family friendly and two 2 toddler chairs and 2 chairs for bigger children are available, if needed. The house is heated with green energy and is completely independent from both oil and gas. Other things to note Smoking and alcohol is not allowed in the house. No pets allowed.
