LOCATION The community is family friendly and cheerful. Children and adults are welcome to play in the amazing pools and sunbathe in the garden. TERRACES Its sensational terraces overlook the sea, the beach and the community's lush gardens. The lower terrace features stylish furniture and a dining table that seats 6. The upper roof terrace offers a chill out area, where you can enjoy drinks, sunbathe, or simply admire the gorgeous sea view. There's plenty of plants and ambient outdoor lighting that decorate the glorious terraces. The terraces faces south, west, east and north, so in the evenings you can enjoy an outdoor dinner or drinks with your family during sunset. Certain parts of the terrace are more shaded, making it perfect to relax in the fresh air. It's simply a first-class outdoor living experience. LOUNGE Indoors, the apartment offers a tranquil nature-inspired design. There's marble flooring throughout, and stylish furniture. You can relax in the oversized open-plan lounge/dining area featuring a 55 inch SmartTV, 3 large sofas and the main dining table that seats eight. It's a bright, airy and generously proportioned apartment, making it highly practical for families. It has two double bedrooms, and one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed. BEDROOMS The primary bedroom has a King bed (1.8m x 2.0m), its own en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.9m x 1.9m) and built-in wardrobes, and would use the second bathroom off the hallway. For all beds there’s comfortable mattresses and a choice of soft and firmer pillows, ensuring a good night's rest. There are shutters, black-out curtains and roller blinds, to darken the bedrooms and the lounge. BATHROOMS Both full bathrooms offer a shower, comfy towels, a hairdryer and hand wash. The main bathroom also has a bathtub and a bidet. A premium triple shower dispenser stocked with spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is available in every full bathroom. KITCHEN For keen cooks, the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a Fridge/Freezer, a washer/dryer, oil and vinegar, spices, microwave, toaster, chefs knives, non-stick pans, pots, baking dishes and sheets, etc. There's a Nespresso machine for you, with some capsules included. We provide you with all types of crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils, ironing, cleaning equipment, etc. There's also a well-appointed coffee and tea station featuring ample beverage supplies for a quick pick-me-up any time of day. If you are unwilling or unable to follow our guides and require an in-person check-in, then this property is not suitable for you. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as, the parking spaces around the community, the gardens and 2 community pools. If you require an earlier arrival, please message us just once, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Before we can release your final check-in details (including key collection via lockbox code or concierge), there is a mandatory legal requirement you must complete.
