You will enter from the front door, private entrance and Airbnb is on second floor in my private home, close to downtown Halifax. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting-room has table and chairs, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, BUT, "no kitchen". TV with cable and has WiFi - wireless. There is a heatpump in the sitting room that provides heat as air conditioning in that room. No parties allowed in the suite. The space My home was built in 1940, is cozy and inviting. It is a two story house and the airbnb is the second floor, accessed by the front door. I use my kitchen door when I am hosting guests. In Spring , Summer , and Fall, my backyard is lovely and I'm happy to share it with guests. in June, July 2026, I am having a sunroom installed, so the deck is removed, chairs are on the lawn. Guest access When you enter the home you will be in a front porch, then landing with stairs leading to the second floor. You will have access to two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one a double), a sitting room with fridge, microwave, toaster, table, chairs, sofa, TV, etc... and also renovated bathroom. The airbnb is the whole top floor of my home and just one group at a time. you will not be sharing the space with anyone else, even if just one guest books it. (There is no a kitchen) Other things to note There are food walking tours, Saturday farmers market at the Fourm (10 minutewalk), oval for biking or skating nearby, a playground two blocks away. This home is within easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and easy access to many of Halifax attractions. The metro bus stop is next door and goes downtown or you can walk to the Waterfront in about 45 minutes. There is no smoking allowed in the suite. If you smoke, you are welcome to smoke on the front porch or in the backyard. Registration Details STR2425B0038
