Welcome to The Blue Crab! Enjoy a stylish experience at this very private, cosy, quiet and centrally-located guest house in Bournemouth. Purpose built, compact yet fully functional house located in Bearwood, Bournemouth with very easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, the beach, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, Wimborne and the New Forest. This brand new guest house is close to Bournemouth Airport and is located on all bus routes around the area, with an easy road access to all locations. The space Two parking spaces are provided right in front of the property. Access is through a locked private gated alleyway. The front door leads to an entrance hall with direct access to fully equipped kitchen to the right and separate lounge ( double bedroom ) with sofa bed, coffee table, smart TV and the dining table to the left. The staircase (13 steps) leads up to a landing with separate bathroom with walk-in shower to the left and double bedroom with a wardrobe to the right. The bed in the bedroom on the first floor is a large double, which is a zip and link - meaning the bed can be made into two single beds if needed. If this is required please let us know prior to arrival. Guest access The guests have an access to and the use of an entire house via private and separate entrance during the stay.
