Welcome to my home. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space featuring beautiful 11-foot ceilings and a blend of spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. Please note: As this is my personal home and maintained to a high standard, I ask that guests treat it with care and respect. Due to previous damage, bookings that include children aged 2–16 may require an additional refundable security deposit. Please contact me prior to booking so we can discuss arrangements. The space Please Read Before Booking Welcome to my home. I take pride in keeping it to a very high standard, and I want to make sure it’s the right fit for your stay. The Space The apartment features a very spacious living area with 11-ft ceilings, a large L-shaped sofa, and additional beanbags for relaxed evenings in. There’s a dining table seating six, a well-equipped kitchen, and a 55” Smart TV with soundbar and Apple TV. Netflix and Prime are available (guests may need to log in with their own accounts). To the rear, you’ll enjoy beautiful views across a protected park area. There is a shared communal garden and plenty of open green space for picnics and games. During the summer months, you may even catch a weekend cricket match on the nearby pitch. Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Master Bedroom: Super King bed with ensuite bathroom • Second Bedroom: Double bed • Travel cot available (please note bedding is not provided) The main bathroom is modern and includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. Kitchen & Utilities The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes complimentary tea and coffee. A washing machine is available for guests staying 4 nights or more. An iron and ironing board are available for all guests. Guest Numbers The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. I can host up to 6 guests upon request, with an additional air bed and use of the large sofa. For groups over 4 guests, there is an additional charge of £20 per person per night to cover extra bedding and cleaning. A Note on the Home This is my personal home, not a dedicated rental property. It is maintained to a high standard, so it may not be suitable for guests seeking a more relaxed or party-style environment. If you have any questions about suitability, please feel free to get in touch before booking. Guest access Access The property is accessed via a private entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor (top floor of the building, which has only two floors in total). Please note there is no lift access, so guests will need to use stairs. Other things to note Exercise Equipment Please note that any exercise equipment and items within the apartment are used at your own risk. Appropriate safety measures are in place to help protect both guests and the property.
