Published rate is good for 8 adults+2kids (0-7yrs old) 8 years old and above will charge 500 peso per person per night… We will randomly assign your room in 8 Newtown Boulevard, One Manchester’s Place or One Pacific Residences. All rooms has 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, internet and well maintained… You can request which building but subject for availability. If you have any questions pls don’t hesitate to contact us… We’ll do our best to provide all your needs. The space Extra charge : * beach - 350 peso per head per use * pet - 300 peso per pet (small to medium size only) you can bring up to 2pets each room Extra person: 8 adults + 2kids (0-7 yrs old only) free to stay we will collect extra charge if the kids is 8 yrs old and above (500 peso per head per night for extra person) Guest access Building pool is free to use Other things to note Strictly no smoking allowed.
