The Hay Loft at Penwartha Barton.

The Hay Loft is a spacious, modern apartment set in open countryside on our working farm on Cornwall's north coast. With its own private drive, parking, hot tub and barbecue area you can enjoy your stay at your own pace. Close to the village of Mithian, there are plenty of circular walks to enjoy, (we are dog friendly), Perranporth and St Agnes beaches are 2 miles with the famous Miners Arms (serves food all day) just 1/2 a mile. The space The Hay Loft comprises of a beautiful spacious open plan kitchen/ living space which is perfect for socialising or relaxing. A bright double bedroom with built in storage. A modern shower room with basic amenities. There's a large private balcony, and the old railway bridge, where you'll find your private hot tub and barbecue area (ideal for star gazing!) so that you can enjoy your stay at your own pace with a little bit of luxury! It also has plenty of on site parking and a large open garden which is shared with the main house. Guest access You access The Hay Loft via our private drive way into our working farm yard. The Hay loft is situated adjacent to the old railway bridge where you can easily park and enjoy the outside space of the balcony and garden, with outside dinning area and a hot tub for a little bit of luxury. Other things to note We are dog friendly but with a surcharge per dog per stay. Unfortunately we are unsuitable for children of any age.
