One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Belmont apartment. Smart lock instructions will be sent 3 days prior to check in. We live close by for any emergencies should it be necessary but we also have a team of professionals in place to handle any problem and the apartment complex has a wonderful maintenance staff that can address many issues. A close drive to downtown Belmont, Cramerton, Gastonia and uptown Charlotte is 20 minutes away. Car is best or uber There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Background check is required before move in and a copy of driver's license. *We do ask you to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules.
