Location: House ideally located in the Phare district. Very quiet area close to the forest and therefore the "fond du Mourat" playground. Located 300 m from the lighthouse beach, 5 min by bike from the Corps de Garde beach and 5 min from the city center. A restaurant/pizzeria "Au Petit Bonheur" located 200 m from the house at the foot of the lighthouse, also serving bread. The space Charming house sleeping 8 people and equipped with 11 bikes. 7 adult bikes 3 bikes for kids aged 7/14 1 very small bike. Cleaning is included in the price, as are bed sheets and shower towels, with also tea towels and bath mats. ✅ The house: House with 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. 🚨 Only one toilet for the entire house. The main room consists of a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine). The table can expand up to 8 real seats. Bedroom 1: Master suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed in 140cm and its private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm. Bedroom 3: Ground floor bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm. Bedroom 4: Upstairs bedroom with two single beds, an office and a water point. Each room has its own dressing room. Only one separate toilet for the entire house. A second bathroom on the ground floor. A large entrance/ laundry room with water point and a washing machine. A garage by bike. The garden and exteriors: The exterior is enclosed and has two gates. The house can accommodate 4 vehicles, three in the garden in an enclosed manner and one on the street in the outdoor parking lot. The terrace on the kitchen side faces the east and therefore benefits from the sun in the morning. An electric blind / banne allows you to eat in the shade at noon. Outdoor laundry line available. Outdoor table and chairs also seats 8. The front of the house, facing the west, benefits from the sun in the afternoon and therefore the sunset.🌅 Miscellaneous Accessories provided: Smart TV Orange fiber wifi ( big speed ) Raclette machine Washing machine and a dryer Crepe maker Iron + ironing board Outdoor electric plancha. 11 bikes ( including 3 small ) Various deckchairs/lounge chairs Petanque ball games Children's Beach Toys Beach rackets Soccer ball. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. We keep the small garage closed. Check-in is autonomous via a key box. Other things to note There is a travel cot on site that is always available 🙂
