Location: House ideally located in the Lighthouse district. Very quiet neighborhood close to the forest and therefore the playground air of the "fond du Mourat". Located 300 m from the beach of the lighthouse, 5 min by bike from the beach of the guard house and 5 min from the city center. A restaurant/pizzeria "au Petit bonheur" located 200 m from the house at the foot of the lighthouse, also depositing bread. The space Charming house sleeping 8 people and equipped with 11 bikes. 7 adult bikes 3 bikes for kids aged 7/14 1 very small bike. Cleaning is included in the price, as are bed sheets and shower towels, with also tea towels and bath mats. ✅ The house: House with 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. 🚨 Only one toilet for the entire house. The main room consists of a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine). The table can expand up to 8 real seats. Bedroom 1: Master suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed in 140cm and its private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom with 1 double bed in 140cm Bedroom 3: Bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed in 140cm Bedroom 4: Upstairs bedroom with two single beds, an office and a water point. Each room has its own dressing room. Only one separate toilet for the entire house. A second bathroom on the ground floor. A large entrance/ laundry room with water point and a washing machine. A garage by bike. The garden and exteriors: The exterior is enclosed and has two gates. The house can accommodate 4 vehicles, three in the garden in an enclosed manner and one on the street in the outdoor parking lot. The terrace on the kitchen side faces the east and therefore benefits from the sun in the morning. An electric blind / banne allows you to eat in the shade at noon. Outdoor laundry line available. Outdoor table and chairs also seats 8.
